1. Return Eligibility
- You may return physical textbooks within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Digital textbooks are non-returnable and non-refundable once the download link has been delivered unless there is a technical issue or an incorrect item was provided.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected].
- Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
- Unauthorized returns (returns made without contacting us first) may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product), we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., ordered the wrong item, changed mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 3 business days after the return is received.
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
5. Exchanges
- We allow exchanges for the same item if you received a damaged or defective product.

6. Non-Returnable Items
- Digital textbooks (unless incorrect or defective).
- Textbooks that are damaged due to customer misuse.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
