1. What types of textbooks does Veins Book offer?

We offer a wide selection of college textbooks in physical and digital formats. Our collection covers a broad range of subjects to support students across different fields of study.

2. Are the textbooks new or used?

We primarily offer new textbooks and digital textbooks. Some physical textbooks may be gently used but are always in excellent condition and fully usable for coursework.

3. How long does it take to receive my textbook?

Orders are processed within 1 business day, and standard shipping typically delivers within 1–5 business days. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout for faster delivery.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge, calculated during checkout based on your location.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and U.S. territories. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. How will I receive my digital textbook?

After your order is confirmed, your digital textbook will be delivered instantly to your email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it within 30 minutes.

7. Can I return a textbook if I ordered the wrong one?

Yes! You can return physical textbooks within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact [email protected] to initiate a return.

8. Are digital textbooks refundable?

Unfortunately, digital textbooks are non-refundable once the download link has been sent unless the wrong item was delivered or there is a technical issue.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect textbook?

Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

10. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

11. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but can be returned according to our return policy.
